These workshops are ideal for in-house UX teams, product designers, and product managers. Especially when you want to increase UX maturity in your company and align your product development with the user, it helps to have more people trained in user research who can support research activities. They will value the work of researchers even more after this training! Ultimately, you will widen the influence of your UX researchers.

The Research Challenge Workshop
Jennifer Romano, Rebecca Destello and I created and hosted this training workshop where researchers work on exciting research challenges. It is ideal for preparing for the next job interview, honing research skills through collaboration with others, and getting to know researchers from around the world. We hosted this workshop remotely from 2020 to 2023 and also offered it a few times in person at conferences (UXPA, WUC).
